1-2-1 Coaching : Adults
Happy Heads private sessions are the perfect way to transform your mind and work on your own wellbeing. I always send out some pre questions first and then from that I tailor the session to your exact needs.
The sessions consist of breathing techniques (mini meditations), guided meditation, and a full round of Emotional Freedom Technique (tapping). EFT is a powerful tool at helping you release negative tension held in both your body and mind. It’s the perfect partner to meditation as it helps your brain get to the core route of a problem and takes the emotional / negative charge away from it.
I always provide a full support document after the session and a meditation recording for you to use.
Adult sessions are 1hr 30 mins and can be in person (I live in Dalston) or via Zoom.

There is a silver and gold package to choose from and they’ve both been designed to completely transform your wellbeing over the course of 6 - 8 weeks. They include:
3 -5 x 1-1 sessions (1.5hr each)
Processing several big blocks in life that might be holding you back
1 -2 x 20 min phone call 'wellbeing check-ins'
Several guided meditations to use across the programme

Every child and teen is compleetly unique, no one else has their energy. That’s why private sessions are the perfect way for them to transform their wellbeing in the comfort of their own home. I always send out some pre questions so that I can tailor it to your child’s needs and age but you always have to teach intuitively with children so the session will be very much led by their energy on the day.
Children and Teens sessions are 45 mins / 1hr and can be in person (I live in Dalston) or via Zoom
