IT’S TIME TO LOOK AFTER YOUR MIND

If you want to give your mental health a reset and you’re looking for something longer term, I have the brilliant Happy Heads Wellbeing Programme. It’s been designed to completely transform your wellbeing over the course of 6 - 8 weeks. I always send out some pre questions first and then I will tailor the programme to your exact needs.

Each private session includes breathing techniques, guided meditation, and a full round of Emotional Freedom Technique (tapping). EFT is a powerful tool at helping you release negative tension held in both your body and mind and help you overcome any anxious, negative thoughts that you might be having. It's also wonderful at helping you get to the core route of a problem, processing the memory that may have triggered the limiting belief, fear or phobia.

There are two wellbeing programme options that vary in length so you can chose the one feels right for you. For both of them I will be available on Whatsapp throughout, so you will be fully supported.

SILVER PACKAGE - 6 WEEKS

  • 3 x 1-1 sessions (1.5hr each)

  • 1 x 20 min phone call 'check ins' to work on your own personal needs

  • Processing several big blocks in life that might be holding you back

  • Overcome your limiting beliefs and process past memories

  • Working on your inner critic and overcoming self doubt

  • Several guided meditations to use across the 6 weeks

  • Tapping videos to follow

  • Daily practices to integrate into your own routine 

GOLD PACKAGE - 8 WEEKS

  • 5 x 1-1 sessions (1.5hr each)

  • 2 x 20 min phone call 'check ins' to work on your own personal needs

  • Processing several big blocks in life that might be holding you back

  • Overcome your limiting beliefs and process past memories

  • Working on your inner critic and overcoming self doubt

  • Nurturing your inner child bringing you back to your authentic self

  • Overcoming triggers and calming your nervous system 

  • Several guided meditations to use across the 8 weeks

  • Tapping videos to follow

  • Daily practices to integrate into your own routine
