My sessions with Kim were invaluable. Each one was extremely well planned and bespoke, Kim has a great talent to tailor them to her clients’ exact situation and needs, both in advance and on the spot. I left each session relaxed and refreshed, with a lot of energy and insight, equipped with new and effective tools to further work on the areas and issues. Each session was fascinating and felt like a weight was being lifted, a combination of tapping, visualisation, affirmation, breathwork and other exercises worked very well for me. The support email after each video call to build on the session with a summary and further resources really helped to sustain and further progress and there were check-ins in between also. I am glad to have come across Kim and she has really helped me make the most of a transformative period in my life.

Kim is amazing, I really found the one-on-one sessions invaluable. Being able to face past experiences head on in a safe environment is a rare occurrence. The Happy Heads retreat was such a great way to start the year. It really helped to process some of the more challenging aspects of 2022, and set clear intentions for what’s next. The tapping, breath work and visualisation exercises connect so well and each session builds nicely on the last. And Kim’s natural warmth and humour makes you feel instantly at ease. I’d highly recommend it!

So pleased I did this course during my pregnancy. During my first pregnancy and a number of months afterwards I had a lot of anxiety which was mentally exhausting. Doing the course gave me the tools and confidence to reduce my anxieties.

I enjoyed that each week was a different aspect with a mix of reflection, explanation and tools to help manage symptoms. Doing a regular guided meditation was great for sleep and relaxation.

I used the tools to help me though the delivery and for times after especially when I was feeling tired or stressed.

I throughly recommend this course during pregame and to prepare for the newborn period.
