Your Inner Child is that part of you, when you were younger, for whatever reason, maybe didn't have your needs met.

We've all had a childhood, some memories are happy positive ones and some are hard, challenging and often traumatic. Inside all of us there’s an inner child that was once wounded and those wounds have a HUGE spectrum so it's important to never minimise your past.

It's during childhood that your nervous system is learning how to adapt to stress and the world around you and those coping mechanisms, stress responses and limiting beliefs are often carried into adulthood.

Childhood is the foundation of your mental health and wellbeing. It's this time in your life that forms a blueprint for who you believe you are and how you see the world around you. It's during this time that your inner narrative is formed and that’s why it's so powerful to nurture and heal your inner child.

This Happy Heads Nurture Your Inner Child programme has been specifically designed to help you:

  • Reconnect to this important part of who you are

  • Nurture and protect your inner child

  • Overcome your limiting beliefs

  • Process big emotional reactions and find the inner child trigger

  • Clear any blocks in life that may have routes back to childhood

  • Integrate your younger and adult self

  • Rebuild your confidence, reduce anxiety and improve your self belief

There are two programmes to choose from:

Silver - 6 Weeks

  • 3 x 1-1 sessions (1.5hr each)

  • 1 x 20 min phone call check ins to ensure you feel fully supported

  • Several guided meditations to use across the 6 weeks

  • Tapping videos to follow

  • Daily practices to integrate into your own routine 

  • Breathing techniques that work with your nervous system

Gold - 8 Weeks

  • 5 x 1-1 sessions (1.5hr each)

  • 2 x 20 min phone call check ins to ensure you feel fully supported

  • Several guided meditations to use across the 8 weeks

  • Tapping videos to follow

  • Daily practices to integrate into your own routine 

  • Breathing techniques that work with your nervous system

I always provide a full support document after each session and a meditation recording for you to use. The sessions are 1hr 30 mins and will be over Zoom.
