After experiencing severe burnout during her marketing career at Red Bull and reflecting on the connection it had to the tragic loss of her dad to suicide when she was seven years old, Kim realised the power of the past to heal the present.

Healing her inner child was a pivotal moment in her life. It not only helped her recover from burnout but also gave her a new purpose. Kim retrained as a Meditation Teacher and EFT Tapping Practitioner and launched Happy Heads so that she could share these transformational techniques and help people nurture their mental health and wellbeing.

Since 2016, she’s helped hundreds of professionals reclaim their inner peace, reduce anxiety, prevent burnout, befriend their inner critic and nurture their inner child - helping them release the emotional blocks that are holding them back in life and become the best version of themselves.

how does it work? 

  • Consultation Call - to discuss your employees wellbeing needs and focus 

  • Clarify Goals - clarify your goals and what you want to achieve with the mental health and wellbeing sessions (e.g reduce anxiety, sleep support, beat burnout improve focus, build resilience…)

  • Talks, Programmes, Workshops, 1:1 - decide what type of session you are looking for. Would you like it in person, online or a mixture of both?

  • Support & Resources - confirm the level of support you would like to provide, Long term, short term, ongoing and the post session resources needed.

    • Are they online or in person? I can do both, let me know what you would prefer. Some companies prefer in person and others like online as their workforce predominantly works from home, it’s up to you.

    • How long are the sessions? Workshops and talks are normally 1hr long to fit perfectly within the working day but can vary depending on your organisation or team needs. Programmes run over the course of 1 month but can be longer if needed. 1:1 coaching is usually 45 mins.

    • How much do they cost? Pricing for corporate sessions varies depending on the length, size of team, format and any follow-up resources required. Get in touch to discuss your organisation’s needs, and I  can create a package that works for your team.

    • Can you design something unique for our company? Yes! I can create something specifically designed around your mental health and wellbeing focus (e.g stress, anxiety, overwhelm, burnout, inner critic, imposter syndrome, neurodiversity in the workplace, women in the workplace, grief support, child mental health, public speaking…)

    • Are support resources provided? Yes! After every session that I run, I provide support resources like guided meditations, tapping videos to watch, insight into the topic discussed, breathing techniques etc. These are all sent in an email that I design through Mailchimp.
