Happy Heads Pregnancy & Parenting Courses

Each week you’ll receive an email that includes:

  • A video -  explaining the breathing techniques or Emotional Freedom Technique (tapping) for that week

  • Information on the subject of that week - what it means and how better understanding it helps during pregnancy 

  • Meditation recording -  for you to use that week (you’ll get a different one each week)

  • Digital Detox - small challenges each week to help clear your mind from unnecessary information overload

  • Weekly practice - this is a summary that includes hints and tips for that week along with some personal practice for you do

Each day you’ll be doing approximately 10 mins of meditation in the morning (sometimes at night) each week is different. You have my direct email if you need to ask any questions so you are fully supported throughout.
