PREGNANCY WELLBEING
Pregnancy is such a magical time but it can also be physcially and mentally challenging so you need to prioritse your self care every day. This Happy Heads course has been specifically designed to nurture your wellbeing during pregnancy, birth and beyond - empowering you with calming tools and techniques to ensure you feel relaxed, grounded and confident throughout the whole journey.
You’ll be sent all the weeks together to file away and do at your own pace - even if you’re close to the end of your pregnancy.
The course is broken down into 12 topics.

2 - Body & Breath
3 - Being Present
4 - Improving Sleep
5 - Negative Beliefs
6 - Focus & Memory
7 - Positivity & Happiness
8 - Increasing Confidence
9 - Emotional Resilience
10 - Preparing for birth and post birth
11 - Breaking Negative Patterns
12 - Stepping into Your Power
For each topic you’ll receive an email that includes:
A video - explaining the breathing techniques or Emotional Freedom Technique (tapping) for that topic
Information on the topic - what it means and how better understanding it helps during pregnancy
Meditation recording - for you to use (you’ll get a different one or each topic)
Digital Detox - small challenges to help clear your mind from unnecessary information overload
Daily practice - this is a summary that includes hints and tips for that topic along with some personal practice for you do
Each day you’ll be doing approximately 10 mins of meditation in the morning (sometimes at night) each topic is different. You have my direct email if you need to ask any questions so you are fully supported throughout.
