Grief Support - Next Workshop 4th Dec
I’ve understood the pain of grief for near enough my entire life and I also know it can provide you with a beautiful strength, empathy, perspective, gratitude and deeper understanding of life. It’s often hard to deal with grief whenever it arises, which is why I wanted to help by creating regular grief support.
This workshop will provide you with a safe space to gently process your grief and re-connect with the loved one you lost. The 1hr session will include:
Inight into grief and how it manifests both physically and mentally
Breathing techniques - to help calm and soothe your nervous system - enabling you to process the grief whenever it arises
Guided meditation - this will be a lovely visualisation to help process any grief held in the body and re-connect with the person you’ve lost - tuning in to some wise words they may have
Emotional Freedom Technique (tapping) - this will help to release any grief tension held in your body and mind, reframing any negative / overwhelming thoughts
