Overcome Limiting Beliefs
A limiting belief is an untrue statement that you believe is true (i’m not good enough, i’m not clever enough, my voice isn’t important, i’m not beautiful enough, I won’t succeed…) These negative beliefs hold you back from being who you want to be and achieving what you want to achieve.
The important thing to remeber is that we’re not born with these limiting beliefs - a person or situation gives them to you during your formative years when your brain is still dveloping (0-25yrs).
